My partner and I recently came in for a dinner date night, and our server was Nico which we couldn’t recommend enough. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and patient with us while checking in multiple times throughout the dinner. The food was great with a wide variety of options, we both cleaned our plates and can’t wait to go back!
I come here often with friends and family and the experience is always 10/10!! Recently came with my friend for girl’s night and our server Ryan was the friendly and attentive!! Thank you!!!
Ryan took the best care of us! We came in during rush hour and he handled himself with poise! The food was fantastic and came out timely and the sushi was phenomenal! Kobe appears to get better with all things, food and service! We will be back soon!

Courtney was our server. So sweet, patient & understanding. Not to mention attentive! She made our experience top notch. Our chef was Ricky. He was AMAZING! He was very entertaining & highly skilled on the grill & with his tricks. We will definitely be back here instead of the other teppanyaki grill place.
The food is great at Kobe! The waiters and waitresses are top-notch, always friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very open and roomy in the dining area always clean. They’re spicy fried sushi is especially good. However, the hosts at Kobe are anything but professional, it “seems” the hosts are straight from junior high or high school and are on some type of job training the way they work, often you can look around the restaurant and see many open tables, but it may take you 10 minutes to get seated. ...all the while the hosts are chatting each other up, often customers who walk through the door have to go and stand right in front of them to gain their attention. We’ve eaten there dozens of times over the last four years, and the food has never disappointed us.

I had seen all of the reviews for how great Ryan is, so I knew I had to come in and see for myself. He is the best server I have ever had! He was so speedy with everything and had the best attitude. He seemed as though he was genuinely happy and excited to serve my family. Kobe should do everything they can to keep him on staff!!
